Breathtaking! Can’t imagine being there.
It is difficult to find spots with these isolated landmarks. At least at our lake, where nearly every square meter is either private property or public access point. But I will continue to search for these places. Thanks for your like and nice comment, Amy!
Die Rolle des Horizontes wird in deinen Bildern immer mehr zum Protagonisten, der gekonnt weil sehr dezent im Bildaufbau eingesetzt wird. Er tritt echt oft als Gradmesser… …oder besser Fixpunkt für die Stimmung deiner Bilder auf. Falls dies so ist, finde ich es eine schöne Idee, da es immer angenehm ist einen Anker zu haben, der einem irgendwie vertraut erscheint.

Thanks, Laura. These images are the first “real” long exposures I ever did. It is more fun than expected and is changing the way I take images completely. Returning with 5-10 images from a shoot. Creating these images is slowing me down and helps me to concentrate on one composition. Still a very long way to go but a fun starting point. Smiles. Reinhold
