It was a bit of a surprise. I saw the sign “Viktoria Park – 350m” and followed that sign. From a closer distance I heard running and splashing water. And then I saw the waterfall and the national monument in the distance. Not the perfect time of day. I set up my Fuji X100F on a rock (no tripod, no filter) and used the ND feature of my camera (3 stops) to further reduce the shutter speed to achieve the blurry water effect. I shot a F16. ISO 100. My shutter speed was now at 2 seconds in bright day light. 2 second timer. The image is OK for me. But I have to come back. This time with tripod and filter and hopefully a sunset will light up the scene. I had to go all the way to Berlin to find a waterfall. Amazing! And… I heard there is a second one near to where I stay in Berlin. Happy days. Reinhold

Hey Reinhold .. this is a wow shot! Love it ..
Julie… that was a wow moment when I saw the waterfall. 😁. Thank you!
This park is so beautiful, I’ve visited two years ago but the park looked really desolate… maybe it was because of the winter ( December) No water (fall) :(. Great shot, love your style!
Thank you so much! The park still looks a bit desolate. Even in early summer. It deserves a really more attention and care. It was a bit of a surprise to see this waterfall in the center of Berlin. Hopefully there will be more gems along the way. Happy days. Reinhold
Love it! wonderful juxtaposition.
Thank you, Steven. And what a surprise… a waterfall in there center of Berlin. Happy days. Reinhold
Dort wird auch Wein angebaut, der berühmt berüchtigte Kreuzberger Spätburgunder, zur Qualität möchte ich lieber nichts sagen!
Hört sich interessant an. Werde ich mal probieren. Vielen Dank! 😁
