I captured this image last week with my workhorse, the Fuji X-T1 and processed it with my new Affinity Photo app for iPad. I like the strong contrast between the old roof tops of the Speicherstadt in the foreground and the modern roof top of the Elbphilharmonie. I was trying to avoid the typical touristic shot of these amazing places in Hamburg. Happy days. Reinhold
Hamburg. My second home for the next months. I will be quite often in this gorgeous harbor city. Looking forward to run some tours and workshops here. Moorland photography, services and all my activities at home will continue but will be enriched by urban landscapes of Hamburg. Happy days. Reinhold
If you got nothing in the foreground, nothing in the middle and just a horizon line in the background you have nothing left to lose… so I took an image of the wet sand reflecting the sunset. We are still having an endless period of bad weather, cold with lots of wind and rain and gray skies. Not ideal for landscape photography. Hopefully my design will brighten up your day and will create a smile on your face while you are listening to the music. Happy days. Reinhold
This is one of the reasons why I always carry a “walking stick” with me when I go into the moor. If it is cold and wet you can see the network of player #1. If it is dark or sunny but dry weather you don’t. And they don’t stop at the regular tracks through the moor. I always use my stick a bit ahead of my face. Otherwise I soon will be part of the network… and without a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account I am not really a “network” guy. But without all these networks in my face I am quite happy exploring my Moorland.
Today I finished my design for the upcoming art craft market in June. If you want to support this activity of local artists, please follow this link to my homepage.
A little bit of “traffic” will help to find us with the keyword “Kunsthandwerkermarkt Bad Zwischenahn” in search engines. Happy days! Reinhold
